Finally some good news this morning!

David Kernell to be arraigned this morning before U.S. magistrate judge

A University of Tennessee student and the son of a Memphis legislator has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of hacking Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin's personal e-mail.

David C. Kernell, 20, was indicted by a federal grand jury in Knoxville for intentionally accessing without authorization the e-mail account of Palin, the governor of Alaska and Sen. John McCain's running mate, according to U.S. Attorney James R. Dedrick.

Dedrick said Kernell turned himself in to federal authorities today for arrest.

He is to be arraigned before the U.S. Magistrage Judge Judge C. Clifford.

FINALLY. Even if he had only hacked into his neighbors AOL account to check out jokes, hacking is hacking and violates all that is American
It's theft, it's breaking and entering just as if he'd broken a window lock and sneaked into the house. SAME THING. It's a violation of a person and their privacy.
Against a government official of any standing is even worse. It could get into national security issues..........

That's the CNN headline.
Now sit back and read that without thinking about it, and pretend you don't know about it.
How does it look to you now?
Palin is a hack and the democrat is not guilty?
It really means he plead NOT guilty... but that's not how it reads.
