Bill, I believe it. He's absolutely right. I wasn't born yet when Castro promised the "Change" that the 'people' wanted but lived there long enough to be affected by it. It's the reason my family moved to the US when I was only 8. It sounds TOO familiar to most Cubans and we mostly vote Republican anyways.
