I wanted to welcome everyone to this new forum. This forum was set up to help promote Sarah Palin for the vice president. The idea came from a puma supporter "muzza" the owner of the puma website for Hillary hillaryclintonforum.net

I agree. Two reasons:
I've always thought Senator McCain was "ok" (I never agree 100% with any candidate) but he was not an "extremeist" - neither hard left or hard right, a middle I can accept.
and
Sarah Palin. Fresh, not a "good old boy", has beliefs she stands by but doesn't appear to force them onto others (neither did Jesus - He laid out the facts and let folks decide for themselves.) and she a reformer.
OK, a 3rd - my wife wanted a woman in high office.

Me = I'm a man, I can change, if I have to, I guess.

FINALLY, a place where I can voice my views, ideas, fears, and "thank yous".

I'm totally scared of the "other side". Empty resume, socialist ideas (dig deep - dig into his books. The people and ideas he praises most are socialist, bordering on communism)
He lies, got to where he is by trickery and underhanded maneuvers, and worst of all - he's obsessed with being president. I'm not so sure he would not have some sort of breakdown if he fails. Borders on addicted to the idea - at any cost, and hires people to bury the truth and stifle the opposition when they are getting too close.

I'm not the typical "dumb American consumer" they take us to be. I read between the lines, do research, and don't take what MSMs give us at face value. 4.0 GPA through college, IQ of about 115 or so, a quick learner.
I want to help Senator McCain and Gov. Palin get to the whitehouse and knock some heads! I don't have money to spare, but have a voice and a vote.

There is so much cover-up of the Obama campaign...blatant lies that will not be reported. They are out to destroy Sarah & we can't let that happen.

I was not going to vote for McCain before Sarah Palin was chosen as his running mate. The morning I connected to the internet and saw that Sarah Palin was chosen to run with McCain, he won my vote and the votes of all my immediate family members near and far. He also earned my support for making that choice. He made it, and he deserves the thanks.
God bless the USA and McCain -Palin!

My strategy for this election includes earnest prayer to God to spare our nation from the likes of Obama, who would destroy everything we all hold dear as fast as he could as soon as he could, and turn this nation into a stalinist state with his terrorist friends in power.
It is my opinion that the powers behind Obama will try to take this nation by voter fraud and that if they do not prevail by voter fraud they will try to take the nation over by a Marxist revolution of blood. Those who are believers in the Judeo-Christian God I invite to also join me in prayer that the election fraud and the revolution the Marxists plan will not come about.
I believe Sarah Palin is an answer to prayer for this nation and has been raised up by God for this time. I do not believe she is running for the position of "god", as Obama is, and I do not expect her to be anything other than a real ordinary American woman. I will never exalt her to any position other than "Real American Woman" and I will expect her to be fully human and to serve this nation in our time of need with the gifts God has given her.
I pray for her family also, that they will have the strength to go through these months and the years ahead. It will not be easy for them, as they will also sacrifice the things they love to go live in DC for the duration. No one who has lived in Alaska would ever desire DC as a residence.

-And Piper is darling because she is also just a plain "Real American Girl"; a lovely daughter, a darling sister, and filled with real helpfulness for all her family.
And hey! -I was pg and married at 17, BTW, and hubby and I have now been married for 45 years, so all the best for Bristol and her boyfriend also.

I'm a lifelong dem who has switch to the GOP this time. I always wanted to have an open, intelligent dialogue with repubicans and haven't been able to do so until this election. The more I listen to people the more I find out how much we have in common. This is an election of firsts. (I wanted Hillary.) But now it looks to me that we will see Sarah bash through that glass ceiling instead, or the place right beneath the top seat at least. She sure has a lot of wonderful qualities and has shown some leadership.

YES! Thank you for this forum. I also haven't been this excited about an election in a long time. I lurk at the hillaryclintonforum and have found everyone's views extremely intelligent even when we don't agree on every issue. It's great to know that there are smart women (and men) out there that can carry on civilized debate without insulting each other. I am psyched and have great hope for this election. GO Sarah!!!
