BERG DISMISSED FOR LACK OF STANDING - TIME TO ACT

The court has ruled that Philip Berg does not have standing to challenge Obama’s eligibility to be President. What the Judge is essentially saying is that NO voter has the right to challenge presidential candidate’s qualifications to be President at least not the way the laws are currently written.

The media has refused to vet Obama properly. Too many people are unaware of the questions that have been leveled against his eligibility. Given the complete lack of information provided by the Obama campaign and the doubts raised by Berg and others we the people need to demand that Obama prove his eligibility to be President of the United States.

Regardless of your politics it is clear Obama has tried to stonewall investigations into his past. With only ten days left until the election we can't afford to wait for the courts. If the courts won't force Obama to answer these questions we must.
It is clear that petitions, emails, and ranting in forums just isn't going to get Obama to come clean. I propose we start confronting the campaign directly. We need to go to Obama and McCain campaign events and challenge Obama to prove he is eligible. We need to make so much noise that Obama cannot ignore our request. If Obama proves us wrong then so be it but the risk of doing nothing is too great.

I'm sorry to say it, but there really is no time to pursue this angle further before the election, it would seem. Whoever was interested in pursuing this angle did so far too late in the game.

Keep plugging away at Senator Obama's weaknesses -- namely as prospective future signatory to Barney Frank's new tax-and-drain-America's-wallet programs, extremist viewpoints on economics and education, lame and dangerous foreign policy, his eye-popping ideas of unconditional meetings with terrorists, and his racist and anti-Semitic associations within his own campaign. (He didn't throw everyone under the bus, just the ones he was "caught" with.)
