Smart men (and women, visa versa) seek women who have a proven record of being thoughtful in their actions. I worked for a woman one time who I have always had enormous respect. She treated everyone the same way, no matter who they were. I have no doubt she is an Obama supporter, but she never wavered in her thinking. Men lined up to have her represent them in legal matters.

I have also worked with men who treated people with the same respect. Loved working for them.

I have tried to take that into the way I deal with people in my own business.
