Admins,

Word is getting out fast about this forum. I'm sure y'all have thought about adding sub-forums and/or rooms, and I have some suggestions:

I suggest we need sub-forums/rooms for:
  • Introductions
  • Palin News and Information Resources.
  • Rooms for organization, perhaps one for rallys and events, plus one for "online operations" (where I plan to help), and perhaps another for counter-ops (i.e. crashing Obama/Biden rallies).
  • General Campaign News for both sides.

Thoughts?

Those are great ideas!

I want to be a little bit cautions setting up to many sections because i dont want the posts to spread to much because were still in the developing stages and we dont have enough traffic yet. But im going to set up several sections esp about poeple meeting up with ideas on helping the ticket .. esp poeple who live in the same state! like an orginzation section basically like the one you mentioned.

I want to suggest that we, each of us, make the effort to be respectful. I want guests to see that we can disagree on policy, debate positions, and have lots of "straight talk" about our opponents without making personal attacks. I am very troubled by our country's lack of civility. When you get ready to click the “Post” button ask yourself if your words meet the standard of the Golden Rule “Treat others as you want to be treated.”

I love you

Isn't it rather presumptuous to say that a community in Chicago is missing an organizer?

I would love to see a section with links posted for sites with like-minded themes, people and ideas. The thing that I thought grew out of the Hillary forum was a really great conversation between people who brought their ideals to the table but not necessarily their political party blinders. Am I the only one who does not want to see that end when this election is over? I'm unaware of what else is out there, but maybe some of you know of sites where this kind of theme is active and posting them in one section is just a thought to help keep this kind of thing going.

AGREED. I am the administrator of a very large and successful auto forum. That's one of our rules - you can debate, that's healthy, but never ever do a personal attack against another forum member, you'd probably be banned.

I also like the thought of different forums or sections (can see us as an example) as it organizes thoughts and threads, esp when we get up into the 10,000 posts+
