I emailed both of my Senators a couple of days ago, but I don't have much hope that they listen. One is pretty dumb (she was voted at one time the dumbest Senator in DC) and another one who does NOTHING!!! My Rep is a very conservative Republican who I think won't vote for it if funding for ACORN is in it.

Might as well give up. An agreement has been reached in principal and the earmarks are STILL in there for ACORN.

ACORN is being investigated in NM. Duplicate SS #s and bad addresses. Thousands of them on voter applications.

It appears that the ACORN provision and most pork has been removed.......... more news coming out this AM and it seems the Republicans might have had some effect.
